RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & SHIPPING
Shipping time frame:
All orders take 2-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once shipped First Class is 2-5 days and priority is 2-3 days. RUSH shipping is 24 hours processing time and gets priority shipping.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.
If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email within 7 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please send us an email at Info@faithonapparel.com

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen packages
Faith on Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
